Terms of Service
Who we are and what this covers
myNumberrs ("we", "us") provides phone numbers that we provision, connect to your GoHighLevel sub-account as its SMS conversation provider, and manage on your behalf ("the Service"). These terms apply the moment you install our app or ask us to provision a number. If you are signing up on behalf of a company or an agency's client, you confirm you have authority to bind them.
myNumberrs operates the Service. Sales and support happen in our Discord: discord.gg/7EaX3dcqzv.
The Service
We buy a phone number, wire it into the GoHighLevel sub-account you choose, and hand it over working. Texts and picture messages sent to the number arrive in your GoHighLevel Conversations; replies go back out through it. Calling is included: incoming calls forward either through a GoHighLevel number or directly to a phone you nominate, and we register your number as a verified caller ID for outbound calls made from GoHighLevel.
The Service depends on third parties we do not control — GoHighLevel, telecommunications carriers, and network infrastructure. We monitor the Service continuously and fix problems fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any individual message will be delivered by the receiving carrier.
Pricing and billing
Pricing is per number, per month, as published on mynumberrs.com. Launch rates are locked for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. Calling includes two hours per number, per month; further time is billed at $1 per hour, purchased in five-hour blocks ($5 minimum). We may change pricing for new signups at any time. For existing customers we will give at least 30 days' notice of any change, and no change will raise a locked launch rate while you remain continuously subscribed. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
Cancelling
Cancel any time by telling us in Discord. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we then release the number. Your conversation history lives in your own GoHighLevel account and stays with you. Unused calling time from purchased blocks is not refunded when service ends. We do not guarantee a released number can be recovered later. If you want to take a number elsewhere when leaving, ask us — we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible for your number.
Fair use and suspension
Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. The Service enforces sending pace, new-number ramp-up, and caps on contacting people who have never messaged you — these protect your number's deliverability and are not negotiable. We may suspend or terminate service for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where continuing would put our other customers' numbers at risk. Where practical we warn first.
No emergency services
Your myNumberrs number cannot be used to call or text 911 or any other emergency service. It is not a replacement for a phone line with emergency calling. Keep a conventional phone service available for emergencies and make sure anyone answering forwarded calls knows this.
Liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost leads, missed messages — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your marketing practices, or your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy — including claims under telemarketing and consumer-protection law relating to messages you chose to send.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in Discord at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes belong to the courts there. Questions and legal notices: Discord or support@mynumberrs.com.
