Your GoHighLevel phone number, set up and managed for you.
We buy the number, wire it into your GoHighLevel sub-account as its SMS provider, and hand it over working. Customers text it. Texts and pictures land in Conversations against the right contact. You reply from the same screen you do everything else on.
No setup fee. No per-message billing. Cancel any time.
- No A2P registration
- No SIM to manage
- Texts, pictures and calls
- Monitored around the clock
Texting from GoHighLevel is harder than it should be.
Every route into GoHighLevel messaging costs you either paperwork, money, or a phone sitting on a desk somewhere. Here is what people run into.
Registration first, texting later
The default route wants a registered brand and campaign before a single message leaves. Rejections are common and the appeal loop is slow.
Per-line pricing that scales badly
Some alternatives charge triple digits per line, and put outbound sending behind a four-figure monthly tier with a setup fee on top.
Hardware you have to babysit
SIM-based workarounds mean a plan to keep topped up and a device to keep online. When it drops, you find out from an annoyed client.
Three steps, and two of them are ours.
You install one app and pick a sub-account. We do the rest and tell you when the number is live.
-
You
Install the app
We send a link. You click it and choose which sub-account the number belongs to. That is the only thing we need from you.
-
Us
We provision and connect
We buy the number, connect it, and set it as the SMS conversation provider on your sub-account. No hardware, no SIM, nothing for you to configure.
-
You
Start texting
Messages arrive in Conversations against the right contact. Reply from the web app or the mobile app, exactly as you already do.
A number that behaves like a number — and keeps working.
Most of what we build sits behind the scenes keeping your number deliverable, because a filtered number is a dead number.
Texts land where you work
Inbound messages appear in GoHighLevel Conversations, matched to the right contact. No second inbox, no separate app to remember to check.
Pictures work both ways
Customers send photos of the job. You send quotes, plans, and finished work back. All in the same thread, no workarounds.
You know it arrived
Delivery confirmations come back into the conversation, so a message that did not land looks different from one that did. No guessing.
Your number is protected
We pace sending and watch delivery rates so your number keeps reading like a business rather than a broadcast. That is what stops it being filtered.
One install per agency
Agencies connect once at agency level. Every sub-account underneath can be given its own number without anyone installing anything again.
We watch it around the clock
Connection and delivery are monitored continuously and alert us the moment something drops. Usually we know before you do.
Boring infrastructure is the feature.
Nobody buys a phone number so they can think about phone numbers. Sessions reconnect on their own, inbound messages queue rather than vanish while a connection is re-establishing, and everything is backed up off-site nightly. If a number goes quiet, an alert fires straight to us.
You will hear from us when something needs you. The rest of the time it just works, which is the entire point.
Per number, per month. That is the whole invoice.
No setup fee, no per-message charges, no A2P campaign costs. Agencies pay less per number as they add more. These are launch rates — sign up now and yours stays where it is, even when we raise them.

Your GoHighLevel number takes calls, too.
Texting is the main event, but a business number people cannot ring is only half a number. Calling works in both directions and costs most people a few dollars a month.
Calls that come in
Somebody rings your number and we forward it to a phone you already answer. You choose where it lands — through GoHighLevel, or straight to the cell in your pocket. That choice matters, and it is spelled out below.
Calls you make out
We register your number as a verified caller ID on your GoHighLevel account. Dial out from the CRM and it is your number on their screen, not a stranger's — which is most of why people pick up.
Where your calls ring is your call.
Both routes work. One keeps GoHighLevel in the loop, the other is faster to start. The difference shows up in your automations, so pick deliberately.
Ring a GoHighLevel number
The call passes through GoHighLevel, so the CRM sees it happen and your automations can act on it.
- Missed Call Text Back fires as normal
- Every call logged against the contact
- Call reporting and workflows work
- Needs GoHighLevel's identity check and a number on their side
Ring your cell directly
We forward straight to the phone you already carry. Nothing to set up on GoHighLevel's side at all.
- Working in minutes, no identity check
- Nothing extra to buy
- GoHighLevel never sees the call, so nothing is logged
- Missed Call Text Back will not fire
After that, $1 an hour.
Topped up in five-hour blocks, so the smallest top-up is $5. No per-minute arithmetic and no surprise bill. Stay under two hours and calling costs you nothing at all. Texting is unaffected either way — it always runs through GoHighLevel.
Not sure which? If you rely on Missed Call Text Back, take the GoHighLevel route — it is the whole reason that option exists. If you just want the phone to ring, forward to your cell and be done in an afternoon. You can switch later; tell us and we move it.
Stop texting numbers that were never going to answer.
Office lines, disconnected numbers and junk entries sit in every contact list. Each one you text is a message that cannot be replied to — and how often people reply is one of the things carriers weigh when they decide whether your number is worth delivering.
Check a number before you text it
Point a workflow at a link we give you and every contact comes back marked mobile, office line or internet number. One webhook step, no code, answered on the spot.
What you do with it is yours
We do not block your sends — it is your list. The check hands you an answer and your workflow decides what happens: skip it, tag it for a call instead, or text anyway. We only make sure you are not guessing.
Why bother: it is your reply rate on the line.
Texting a hundred desk phones gets you a hundred sends and no replies, and from a carrier's side that ratio is what software grinding through a list looks like. Dropping the dead numbers first is the cheapest way to keep it honest. Missed Call Text Back is the usual culprit — a fair share of the numbers that ring you are office phones, and the auto-reply goes to every one of them.
One hundred a month, with every number you rent.
Checking a contact we have already seen recently is free, so re-running a workflow over the same list costs you nothing. We do re-check anything older than a week, because numbers get ported and disconnected and a year-old answer is not really an answer. Need more than a hundred, ask us.
One honest caveat. This describes the line, not the person, and it is not infallible — a number that recently moved between a desk and a cell takes a while to settle. When we cannot identify a line we say so rather than guess, so treat that answer as "text it and find out", not a verdict.

What people ask before buying.
Can I text from GoHighLevel without A2P registration?
Yes. There is no brand or campaign registration to complete before you can start texting. We provision the number and hand it over working.
What is a GoHighLevel conversation provider?
It is GoHighLevel's supported way to plug an outside SMS service into Conversations. We install myNumberrs as the conversation provider on your sub-account, so texts to your number arrive in Conversations and replies go back out through it. Nothing else in your account changes.
Can I use GoHighLevel SMS without Twilio or LC Phone?
Yes. Your number does not run on LC Phone or a Twilio account you own, so there is no per-message billing and no A2P campaign to register. We set the number as the SMS provider on the sub-account and texting runs through it.
How long does setup take?
Usually the same day. You install the app and pick a sub-account. We buy the number, connect it, and message you when it is live.
Can I use this for bulk cold outreach?
No, and that is deliberate. Conversations with people who contact you are unlimited. Reaching people who have never texted you is capped, because numbers that message strangers at volume get filtered by carriers and stop delivering. We would rather your number keep working.
Why does a new number start slower?
A brand new number that immediately contacts a lot of strangers looks disposable to carriers. Yours ramps up over the first couple of weeks so it builds normal history. Replying to people is never limited.
Can I make and receive calls?
Yes, both ways. Incoming calls forward either through GoHighLevel or straight to your cell, and we register your number as a verified caller ID so outbound calls display it too. Two hours per number are included each month, then it is $1 an hour bought in five-hour blocks.
Is hourly calling cheaper than a flat unlimited plan?
For almost everyone, yes. At $19 a month plus $1 an hour, you would need to pass roughly 135 hours of talk time — more than six hours every working day — before a $155 flat unlimited plan like GHLVoice starts to win. At 20 hours a month you are paying $39 against their $155.
Does GoHighLevel Missed Call Text Back work with a forwarded number?
Only if you forward calls through a GoHighLevel number. MCTB fires off a missed-call event, and GoHighLevel can only raise that event for a call it handled. Forward straight to your cell and the call never touches the CRM, so nothing triggers. It is the main reason to take the GoHighLevel route.
How do I know if a phone number can receive texts?
Ask us. Every number comes with a check you can call from a workflow: send it a phone number and it answers with the line type, so contacts arrive already marked mobile, office line or internet number. What you do with that is up to you — we do not block your sends. Most people branch on it to skip the dead numbers, which protects the reply rate carriers judge you on, and to stop Missed Call Text Back auto-replying to a desk phone. 100 checks a month, included.
Do I have to do anything to enable calling?
Depends which route you take. Forwarding to your own cell needs nothing from you beyond the number. Routing through GoHighLevel means passing their identity check first, which you do once on their side — after that, forwarding and caller ID verification are handled by us.
Do picture messages (MMS) work in GoHighLevel?
Yes, in both directions. Customers send photos, you send images back, and the attachments appear in the GoHighLevel conversation.
Is this a Sendblue alternative?
If you want plain SMS rather than iMessage, yes. Sendblue starts at $100 per line per month, with outbound sending on a $1,000 per month tier plus a $2,000 setup fee. myNumberrs sends standard SMS and MMS from a real phone number, from $12 per month, with no setup fee.
Is this a GHLVoice alternative?
At most volumes, yes. GHLVoice is a flat $97 per month for unlimited SMS, or $155 with unlimited US calling. We price per number from $12, with calling at $1 an hour after two free hours per number each month. You would need roughly 135 hours of talk time a month before their flat plan wins.
Is this a MyCRMSIM alternative?
Yes, minus the hardware. MyCRMSIM runs on physical SIMs and eSIMs that you hold and manage. We provision the number, wire it into your sub-account, and monitor delivery — there is nothing for you to keep online.
What happens to my messages if I leave?
Your conversations live in your own GoHighLevel account, so they stay with you. We release the number and there is nothing to unwind.
I run an agency — how does this work?
You install once at agency level. After that, any sub-account can be given its own number without installing anything again, and the volume rate kicks in as you add them.
We sell in Discord.
Come and ask whatever you like. Tell us what you run and how you use GoHighLevel, and we will tell you straight whether this fits. If it does, you can be texting the same day.
