Privacy Policy
The short version
We run phone numbers, so message data passes through our systems — that is the Service working, not surveillance. We keep as little as the Service needs, for as short a time as troubleshooting allows, and we do not sell, rent, or advertise with any of it. This policy is written to be read.
The Service is operated by myNumberrs. Contact us about anything here via Discord or support@mynumberrs.com.
What we collect and why
- Account details — your business name, Discord handle, and the GoHighLevel account and sub-account identifiers needed to connect your number, plus the authorization tokens GoHighLevel issues for the connection. Used to run and bill the Service.
- Message data — the phone numbers involved, timestamps, delivery status, and message content while it is being relayed. Message bodies are retained for a short troubleshooting window (currently up to 7 days) and then deleted. Picture messages are relayed, not archived — we do not keep copies of media.
- Call routing settings — the forwarding destination you choose and call metadata needed to route and bill calls. We do not record calls.
- Traffic shape — aggregate counts (messages per day, reply rates, unique recipients) used to protect deliverability and detect abuse.
- Billing details — payment method and transaction records handled through our payment processor, Square. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
The permanent record of your conversations lives in your own GoHighLevel account, under GoHighLevel's own terms and privacy policy — not with us.
What we never do
- No selling or renting data — to anyone, ever.
- No advertising use, no profiling, no training AI models on your messages.
- No human reading of message content except when you ask us to troubleshoot a specific problem, when automated abuse detection flags traffic for review, or when we investigate an abuse report made about a number.
Who data is shared with
Only what routing requires: telecommunications carriers and network infrastructure providers carry your messages and calls, because that is how messages and calls move; GoHighLevel receives your messages because delivering them into your account is the product. Off-site encrypted backups are held with a cloud storage provider, and our payment processor, Square, handles payment details to bill the Service. We disclose data beyond that only if the law compels us, and where legally permitted we will tell you it happened.
Security and retention
Data moves over encrypted connections and lives on access-restricted systems, with nightly encrypted off-site backups. Message bodies: deleted after the short troubleshooting window. Backup copies expire on a rolling 30-day cycle, so a backup containing a deleted message body is itself gone within 30 days of that deletion. Delivery metadata and traffic-shape aggregates: kept while you are a customer. Account and billing records: kept while you are a customer and as long afterwards as tax and business law requires. When you cancel, your number is released and the connection tokens are destroyed.
Your rights
Ask in Discord and we will show you the data we hold about your account, correct it, or delete it — deletion of connection data means ending the Service, since the Service cannot run without it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; we honor them. The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
If you received messages from a number we run but are not our customer, the business messaging you controls that relationship — contact them first, or reach us in Discord and we will route your request.
If we change this policy in any way that matters, we will say so in Discord before it takes effect. Effective date: August 1, 2026.
