Acceptable Use Policy
What this Service is for
This policy is part of the myNumberrs Terms of Service and uses the definitions given there.
Conversational business texting and calling: customers reaching your number, you answering, quotes, bookings, follow-ups, pictures of the job. Numbers used this way stay healthy and deliver reliably. That is the entire design.
What is not allowed
- Bulk cold outreach. No blasting strangers, no purchased or scraped contact lists, no "campaigns" to people who never asked to hear from you. The Service caps cold contact by design; attempting to work around the caps is a violation in itself.
- Unlawful or deceptive content. No fraud, phishing, impersonation, or anything illegal where you or the recipient are located.
- Content carriers prohibit on local numbers, including adult content, hate or harassment, cannabis and illegal substances, firearms sales, and high-risk financial offers such as payday loans and debt relief. If your industry needs a registered carrier program, this Service is the wrong tool and we will say so.
Consent and opt-outs
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people you message — including under the TCPA and equivalent laws — and for honoring opt-outs: when someone replies STOP or asks you to stop, you stop. Texting people who have opted out is both illegal and the fastest way to get a number filtered. Common sense applies too: message at hours a reasonable person would answer the phone.
The built-in limits
The Service paces outbound messages, ramps new numbers up over their first weeks, and caps how many people who have never messaged you can be contacted. Conversations with people who text you first are unlimited. When a limit blocks a message, the message shows as failed in GoHighLevel with a reason where the platform allows it. These limits are the deliverability feature — they exist because carriers filter on behaviour, and a filtered number is useless to you.
Enforcement
Violations get a warning where practical, a pause where the number is at risk, and termination where the conduct is deliberate or repeated. Anything egregious — fraud, illegal content, working around the caps — skips the warnings. Report abuse of a myNumberrs number to us in Discord and a human will look at it. Effective date: August 1, 2026.
